How Romestead's systems actually work, with the formulas and numbers taken from the game code.
Things the game doesn't tell you
- No random raid can start until you offer the Guardian's Eye to Minerva.
- A lost raid never kills citizens outright, and starving citizens don't die either. They just stop working.
- Armor is a flat reduction split across damage types, so a weapon with a small second damage type gets more through it.
- One Diamond as a gift is worth more loyalty than it takes to max a citizen out.
- The item that resets your favours exists in the files but can't be obtained, so every favour pick is permanent.
The numbers in these guides come from the game's code for version 0.26.1. The hotfixes since then (up to 0.26.1_6) haven't changed any of these systems.
